About Intoptrend

We test what we can, research everything we recommend, and tell you honestly which is which.

Our Story

Started in 2022 with simplest idea of paving the way for consumers to find the ‘best’ online. Our research showed that most ‘best’ lists in Google are 80-86% paid placements dressed up as honest reviews. At the time we wanted to make sure consumers can get the best available information about the ‘best’ products to date. We thought about a consumer first action that we can invent and as a initial step Intoptrend was born.

We started by noticing something odd, some of the most useful, honest product discussions weren’t on review sites at all. They were on Quora, Reddit, Lemmy, and Forums where real owners talk bluntly about what breaks, what’s worth the money, and what they’d actually buy again after using something for months or years, not MINUTES!! So that became the foundation of how we research: we go through hundreds of real owner discussions before we ever recommend a product, then verify what we find against manufacturer specs, pricing history, and hands-on testing of our own where we can.

Today, Intoptrend covers Home and Kitchen appliances, Coffee products, Coffee Gear and Electornics. The categories where a bad purchase costs real money and a good recommendation actually matters. We research and review these devices and appliances to make your life a little easier when making purchasing decisions, so you may find yourself at ease buying them.

Disclaimer: Not all products we test are purchased as we operate in a limited financial capacity and we need to stay true to our cause. We assure you that all products are researched thoroughly and cross referenced multiple times with real user scenarios before it is featured in our website.

How We Work

We’re a small, independent team – not a media conglomerate, and we’re upfront about what that means. Here’s what you can count on from every guide on this site:

  • We research before we recommend. Every product guide starts with real owner feedback – mainly from Reddit communities like r/BuyItForLife, r/Cooking, and category-specific subreddits – cross-checked against specs and pricing.
  • We test what we can. Where it’s realistic, we buy and use products ourselves before recommending them, and we say so clearly when we have. We also say clearly when a recommendation is research-based rather than hands-on. WE DO NOT BLUR THAT LINE.
  • We update, not abandon. Guides get revisited on a regular schedule. If a product is discontinued or a better option comes along, we update the page rather than leaving stale advice live. Every guide shows a “last updated” date.
  • We disclose how we make money. Intoptrend earns commission when you buy through some of the links on this site (see our Affiliate Disclosure below). This never affects which products we recommend – commission rate is never a factor in our rankings.
  • We correct mistakes. If you spot an error or think we’ve missed something, contact us – we read every message and update guides when we get something wrong.

What We Cover

  • Home & Kitchen – appliances people actually use daily: air fryers, coffee makers, vacuums, and more.
  • Coffee – gear, brewing guides, and beans, for everything from your first pour-over to dialing in an espresso setup.
  • Electronics – TVs, laptops, audio, and accessories, reviewed with the same research-first approach.
